Our group registration option provides a 20% discount to groups of five or more individuals from one organization. It is not necessary to register and pay for all group members at the same time.
Each group must designate a Group Registration Coordinator, who must:
Instruct group members to contact the Group Registration Coordinator as soon as possible to confirm their intent to register for the conference, in order to take advantage of the “early bird” registration fees (registration and payment received or postmarked by March 9, 2018).
Keep a tally of the names of members who intend to register, in order to ensure that the five-person minimum is met, and provide these names to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instruct those group members who prefer to pay by check to mail their Group Registration Form (indicating their group name) and their check directly to the University of Washington School of Law. (Any Group Registration Form that does not contain a group name will be rejected.)
Select “Group Rate” under the “Registration type and level.”
There will be a “Select Group” drop-down menu. Select your group. (If your group is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact Kathy Kline at email@example.com.)
Complete the online registration form, and include your group name in the "Firm/Company Name” line.
The Method of Payment section includes the ability to pay by credit card or by check. If payment by check is selected, information regarding to whom to issue the check and where to mail the payment will be provided.
