CONFERENCE LOCATION

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

William H. Gates Hall is located on the University of Washington's Seattle campus.

If you are driving from the south on I-5 or from Bellevue on the 520 Bridge and exiting at Montlake, turn left at the intersection of Montlake Boulevard & NE Pacific Street. Travel west on NE Pacific Street (the UW Medical Center will be on your left) to 15th Avenue NE. Turn right onto 15th Avenue NE. Travel north on 15th Avenue NE to NE 41st Street. Turn right onto NE 41st Street and enter the Central Plaza Parking Garage.

If you exit I-5 northbound or southbound (Exit 169 University of Washington, NE 45th Street) travel east on NE 45th Street. Turn right onto 15th Avenue NE. Travel south on 15th Avenue NE to NE 41st Street. Turn left on NE 41st Street and enter the Central Plaza Parking Garage.
​PARKING

Parking is available in pay lots near or on campus in designated campus parking lots and garages. Directions to campus parking lots assigned for this conference will be sent to you with your registration confirmation letter, along with a campus map.

Please note that surface parking lots fill up quickly, but that there is usually ample parking at the Central Plaza Parking Garage (see "driving directions" above).
​​BUS SERVICE

Many bus routes serve the University District, making it easy to access William H. Gates Hall by public transportation. The law school building is located on campus between 15th Avenue NE and Memorial Way, near the intersection of 15th Avenue NE and NE 43rd Street, just south of the Burke Museum.

In addition, Link Light Rail travels between the UW Station (at Husky Stadium) and SeaTac Airport, making 13 stops along the way, including downtown Seattle. Link trains run every 6, 10 or 15 minutes depending on the time of day. Service is available from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday and from 6 a.m. to midnight on Sunday and holidays.
